Quite simple, pick the destruction power up (second one) at the start of every level then press Y to get out a bomb and run into an enemy to destroy it.
It goes faster if you upgrade this power in the shop accessible on the starting page to have more charges.
There are lots of enemies and power refills in every level so this can be done quite fast with normally progressing through the levels.
Achievements seem not to unlock when expected in this game but when going to the shop page from the starting menu.
