Return to where you entered (in the middle of the starboard side (or the right side, if you're facing forward, away from the Captain's Quarters) before you've solved everything that you can in the game, then wait for the circle to close to head back to port and end the game early.

The description is a bit misleading, you must have all pages in each chapter, aside from The Bargain, available and the guy on the little boat will say something about a storm coming. Leave at that point. You might get this along with

Once you've seen every memory from every available chapter (not including Chapter VIII - Bargain), you'll get a cutscene saying a storm is rolling in and you should leave the Obra Dinn soon. Before you've solved all of the fates, go back to the rowboat you started the game from (find the ladder on the side of the main deck) and talk to the rower to leave.

You don't need to go out of your way to do this achievement if you plan on doing

For anyone wondering about this: Fear not, you can select Begin after the credits and go back to the ship and solve everything correctly after getting this achievement for leaving early.
