Recommendation: As soon as Chapter 4 start, make a copy of your save to another slot.
And start the newly made save, to get a couple of achievements without impeding any progression because this chapter has some choice to make.
In the new save run, at the funicular choose to keep device and go through hatch and then when you get to a beam, choose to cross it for this achievement, afterwards you will need to make a jump for another achievement.
Continue on then choose one of other two choices at the ladder for any of the two different achievements, either override panel or Throw rocks to lower the ladder.

How do you make a copy of your save in another slot? I am on PC.

You can see at this timestamp. Played on PC too.
Simply quit to main menu and then start the game, it will make you select the save to slot to start from.
There in the bottom right, option to copy with 'C' button is given then select/paste on another save slot.

This is on the route for doing the Grace Ending, after you decide to keep the device and have jumped out of the funicular air hatch. There are two different routes you can take (across the beam or along the path) - both of these routes have achievements so I made a manual save to prevent having to do another full playthrough to get all the achievements.
To get this achievement, when you get the choice to either go over the beam or take the path, go over beam and the achievement pops.
This is shown from 1:18:07 onwards in this video.
