When you enter the Zen Garden (you'll know it), you'll be tasked with picking a flower and examining some ancient relics. Once you've done both of these things, it's on to the most boring and pointless bit of the game! Yay!
You'll be a asked to sit in the centre of the Zen Garden and hold your breath by holding down the
button.
Keep the button held down until the achievement pops - do not let go of the button until Addie releases her breath on her own! It takes about 90 seconds.

So I have the achievement tracker on and did as instructed on this achievement and it did not unlocked
