Return to Grace

Wishes are canister that contain recording that you will need to hack with your communications device. I located 19.

You will first encounter them in chapter 3. You will reach an area where you are told about a shortcut across a beam (this will be the second beam you will have come across). Do Not take the short cut across the beam instead explore the apartments. Enter the apt to collect the first canister #1 on the floor.

Up the stairs, in the next apt there isn’t a canister. When you proceed up the stair to the next apt, with the broken keypad, is canister # 2 in the canister vacuum tube.

Go to the balcony to climb to the next level, level 3. The first apt on the left has canister #3 on the floor and #4 in the vacuum tube.

Exit the apt go up the stairs to the next apt where there is #5 on floor, #6 in vacuum tube and #7 in the bathroom.

Exit the apt and go up the stairs. In the corn type plant on the left before the next apt is a half buried canister in the dirt #8. Continue in the apt to locate #9 and #10 on the bed.

Go down the stairs and enter the apt, where control will turn off the lights. Here is #11 in the vacuum tube and # 12 on the floor.

Go down one flight of stairs to the apt(with the graffiti on the windows) and find #13 on the floor and #14 in the vacuum tube.

Continue the story by entering the elevator.

When you reach the second floor of the church, you will squeeze through a gap where # 15 will be located on the floor. From there duck under a crawl space and locate # 16 to the left of the open door.

In the next area do not throw away your communication device instead take the airlock hatch. Continue with the story to the lighthouse, I took the path there.

When you reach the bedrooms, the second one on the right has #17, the third one on the left has #18.

The keeper room has #19. You need to examine the device then use the device then you can hack the canister.

I’m not sure if all these are required but this is how I got the achievement.

They are found scattered around the apartments during Chapter 3. Make sure you've searched every apartment before ascending to the next apartment block floor, as you can't go back!

Some easy to miss ones:

In the graffiti room there are two: One one the floor and one stuck in the vacuum tube.

When leaving the dark room, turn right and go up the stairs - there's one embedded in the soil on the right hand side with the plants, just beyond the next room.

In the football scarf room, where you can access the bathroom, there's one inside on the bathroom floor, as well as one stuck in the tube and one on the main room floor.

For everywhere else, check the tubes and the furniture - they're all pretty obvious.

MAJOR NOTE!!

There's one final wish, in the following room in Chapter 5:


You can only listen to this wish if you can hack it, and you can only hack it if you kept your device at the end of Chapter 4.

Only then will the achievement unlock.

There are total 19 Wish container to listen for this achievement. Only 17 of them actually count but it's better to hack and listen all of them to make sure.

There are 14 of them in Chapter 3, apartment area.
No. 15 & 16 in Chapter 4, church area.
No. 17 & 18 in Chapter 5, in bunk-bed area just before door of Keeper's room.
and last No. 19 on the main console inside Keeper's room.
