Missable if you activate the Beacon first
At the end of Chapter 5, you'll be in
Pull the lever on the right of the console, examine the cavity on the object which appears and climb into it. Now get back out of it, pull the lever again then climb back inside. Your achievement will unlock when you gain access to the next area.

If anyone else has the same issue I did, I tried doing this before touching the console, and there was no option to get in. Examine the console first, you'll hear one of the AIs say something like "I don't see any obvious way in", and then you can do the above solution.

In my case, I had to press the beacon, then the lever, interact with the capsule and then go up and down, go to the left button and interact for the dialogues until I used it without doing so, put the lever back at the top and go up in the capsule.

This is related to Grace ending.
In the Keeper room you will come across a main console in the center of the room, on the right there's a lever for a pod. you have to get inside after examining the console (do not press the Beacon button) and then get to out to pull the lever again and sit inside the pod again to reach heaven section continuing on the path of Grace ending.
