During Chapter 4, you'll find yourself wandering around what looks like a large church.

Make sure to examine everything:

Bedding
Firepit
Food
Canisters
Cracks in glass (before or after climbing)
Three lots of graffiti (two before you climb up to the pulpit and one up there)
Camp (after climbing)
Boxes (after climbing)

Adie will deduce there was a siege, and your achievement will unlock.

In chapter 4 at the starting area (Church) simply examine things such as Fire pit, barrels, graffities, broken glass, podium.

At the barricade Adie will summarize the story of this room to net you this achievement.

To get this achievement you need examine some items lying around within the temple area, I examined the fire, bedding and food all over at far corner of the temple on the left hand side, then examined one of the broken wish canisters to right of those. I then climbed up to the top area and examined the pulpit and the cracked glass beside it. I then moved round and examined the camp items and the graffiti up on the wall, then finally I examined the boxes there and the achievement popped.
