When sailing to the ship adrift at sea (the pirates who are scurvy paranoid), when you first see them you can press "Ahoy" as one of your responses. Keep pressing "Ahoy" until the achievement unlocks.
This is missable because after you retrieve the flag off their ship the pirates go inside and you can no longer talk to them.

This achievement is missable and can only be done in the Part 4. Go to the adrift ship on the sea map and talk to the pirates there. Use the "Ahoy!" dialogue option repeatedly (more than 20 times) to get the achievement.

Another uncreative one. In Part IV, after getting a sea map, Guybrush can sail to an adrift ship. When talking to the pirate crew of the ship, just say "Ahoy!" over twenty times. I don't even know why such lazy achievements exist and how could they come out of the greatest minds of former Lucas Arts team...
