So I assume if I missed the shackles in part II I’m screwed huh? :/ I’m in part IV wandering around the whole ship trying to find said shackles.

I believe I saw the shackles still available in part III, you may be able to get the number then as well

This achievement is missable and can only be complete in Part 5.
