Anyone else not able to unlock this? I've tried on multiple playthroughs on both difficulties and can't get the achievement :(

I did this achievement across 4 different saves going for all achievements, never popped. It wasn’t until I deleted my cloud saves and booted the game up fresh I was able to get this speeding through act 1 and 2 on casual as well.
