Both trophies regarding the Nythrondaar are tied to your CHAOS or ORDER rating. They are mutually exclusive and thus requires 2 complete playthroughs. To absorb the Nythrondaar at the end of the game, you must have maxed your ORDER decisions. Once you finish the battle in the palace at the end of Act 3 it will automatically be absorbed.
