Most of the puzzles in the game are very easy, however this one I found to be a complete pain without a lot of instruction. Here is the solution for the Light puzzle to get into the Elven mines:
Top Circle: Turn two times
Top Left Circle: Turn four times
Top Right Circle: Turn eleven times
Bottom Circle: Turn nine times
Bottom Left Circle: Turn eleven times
Bottom Right Circle: Turn six times
Top Circle: Turn two times
Top Left Circle: Turn four times
Top Right Circle: Turn eleven times
Bottom Circle: Turn nine times
Bottom Left Circle: Turn eleven times
Bottom Right Circle: Turn six times
