Couple this with The Fanatic achievement.
Assuming you have a decent conditioned vehicle for racing - take that vehicle and get up to speed and drive straight into a wall or rock a few times. Now your vehicle is battered, broken and probably smoking out the front and/or producing dark exhaust. Now go do a race behind the shop. Don't have to win just be sure to complete.

This achievement will also unlock at the drag strip, but does NOT stack with "the Fanatic" in this situation
