You must use the teleport card to teleport yourself to unlock this achievement. There are two ways to get a teleport card:
1. Build a research lab and level it up to max. This gives you a chance to research teleport card and you will get it once the research is done.
2. Use the Ranger character Wu Mhi. She gets a teleport card when she is released from prison.

Method #2 is by far easier than method #1 as there are many ways to get sent to prison. One cheap way is to play a 2 player game where you are controlling both characters. Every time second character lands on the magic circle, choose send a character to prison for 1 day option. Eventually, she will be sent to prison and now you just have to use the card.

To get this one it has to be a card that gets used on yourself.

The card has the purple teleportation symbol on it.

When you see it use it on yourself and move yourself somewhere else.

It doesn't work if you land on a portal pad or if someone else teleports you. You have to teleport yourself with that card.

I used the character Wu Mhi since she gets a teleportation card when she gets out of jail.
