To earn this achievement you need to reach Constructor Affinity level 5.
To reaching Level 5 need 340 Affinity points.
to Level 2: 70 points
to Level 3: 80 points (150 total)
to Level 4: 90 points (240 total)

Just like in RIDE 4, the constructor affinity is based solely on how many kilometers you’ve driven with their bikes. Daytona Speedway is a good place if you have to grind.
