Got this achievement early in Act 3 Full Throttle, however I never purchased any bikes if not necessary for the race, and never ride loaned one.
Every time when you cleared a group get a new bike, and some times get another one for completing it.
The bikes with the free DLCs don’t count towards this.
This could be achieved earlier if you spend money on bikes, but really not mandatory.
