Ride to Hell Retribution

On the mission where your in the brewery you will fight some men in melee combat if you Counter Attack using ( Y ) and the keep pressing ( A ) in till it flash on screen saying to press ( B ) once you've press B you will get a Combo Sequence (Rage Attack) complete that and you will unlock this achievement.
