Hit the pause menu button with the three lines, should have your character in the dead centre of the screen.
Scroll using LB or RB to 'Season' and select 'Shackdaddy Bandits Weekly Challenge'.
Buy one of the offered challenges and complete it.
As of writing, one of the easiest to complete is 'Training Day' where you have to complete three different Trick Academy Lessons. The lessons are easy enough as it gives the tricks you need to hit on the left side.
