How to unlock the Eat 'em up! achievement in Ridge Racer 6 - Definitive Guide

Once you have unlocked the Pac-Man minigame, you will need to score 15,000 points on it, and this will net you another achievement. Once you have done that, go into World Xplorer and the Pac-Man Route will unlock. This route consists of one race. Win this race and the achievement will unlock.

I have unlocked this race but I can't race it because the car is unavailable! I am guessing this is a car you unlock online?

That's quite odd. I was able to do this race before ever going online. Are you sure you have unlocked the Pac-Man Route?
