Edit: Something not mentioned about this chart that Malicious Fury in the comments has brought to my attention, this list is in order of the cars received every 10 races, for a total of 230 online races, win or lose, you WILL get the car. Even if you are boosting with someone, you will still need 30 more races beyond your 200 wins to get all of the cars. These cars are required to get the achievement for All Machines - Complete Achievement.

Just a note to say that if you use the Pac Man car, make sure it's the one with a maze on the side. There are two types.

That's true, they didn't label that one very well. I don't know why you'd want to use the Pac-Man anyway, it burns nitrous way too fast and floats a lot for my taste, but yes, it should be noted. I'll edit.
