You need a plenty of time to make this achievement :D all single races = all normal and mirrored tracks = 150 races.
So 30 races with 1st class, 30 with 2nd, 30 with 3rd, 30 with 4th and 30 with 5th. The biggest pain are 1-3 class because those cars are really slow... You can always check your status at Single Player races. If you got 2 stars from the left, that means you did it without nitrous ( the last 3rd star is for no crash victory )
Just race without using nitrous and win :D it's not hard to beat computer on single races. So just be patient and good luck wasting your time :)
( Oh and i found this achievement a glitchy one :( , i made all 150 races then my achievement didn't appear... so what i did? just removed my saves from the game and i did all 150 races again... ) Hope nobody else will get same :x

my friend did all 150 races but it didn't pop then he just did another random no nitrous victory and it popped so you probably didn't have to delete and start again. also I got this by only playing story as for the story you do all races all classes anyway. I never changed the nitrous setting when you pick cars (the setting is where you decide to have nitrous at the start of the race or have the bar empty, I also had the empty option). it seems that once you start to change that option you mess up your progress and then you will have to do all the races in single race mode all over again, which is what happened to my friend, he struggled on a couple of story races and changed the nitrous setting.

Like I mentioned before, this is time consuming. There are 30 single races. You need to win all 30 races with all 5 car classes AND without using nitrous(150 races total).
Tip: Don't try to do No-Nitrous & No-Collision in the same run. Nitrous makes no collisions easier and being able to collide makes No-Nitrous easier.
