For this achievement you will need three players logged in and have the other two vote for your answer.
(If you try to do it with only two players the game will automatically activate Riff Bot who does not vote so will not allow you to get this achievement)
If you are by yourself, to get this quickly, begin a game with the settings set to pick a riff, and only three riffs. Log in as yourself and two dummy players using any combination of three devices - phones/laptops.
Have the two dummy players play around and vote for your answer. Bloop - cheeve.
