Start a private game in write a riff mode and either join with a buddy or join with 2 devices. I did this with a buddy. To make it easy and make sure we both submitted the exact same riff we both pressed +SFX in the top right corner of the screen and both selected Baba Booey then submitted that.
After the clips play and you vote, the achievement should pop when the score gets tallied at the end of that round.
