This will likely come naturally as you play (assuming you are using items with a crit chance).
However, you can easily boost this by equipping items with crit chances (best to combine a weapon and armor with crit perks) and then spamming attacks on the two dummies in town. Once they are destroyed, just replay a short stage and the dummies will respawn when you enter town again.
Critical attacks have a relatively small chance of executing, so it may take a while, but this way you can focus on the best weapons during your playthrough and not have to worry about getting this achievement through natural gameplay.
