to attack (and kill enemys) and 
to roll and evade. All kill based achievement should come naturally and gets even easier after full upgrading your character and starting new runs. You don't have to get them and in a single run and there is no specific farming trick beside simply clearing all enemys you see in each stage. It's not worth to clear 100% - simply move to the next stage and kill everything you see. If you have the feeling the enemys get to strong, kill yourself and start over.
