Do yourself a favor and keep all the "collectibles" to be able to use the save trick + go for this achievement after you reached stage 33, used 50 shrines, prayed 50 times and so on. This way you probably unlock some of the legendary equipment during your playthrough.
If you still need one or more of the legendary achievements after doing anything else, follow these steps:
1. close and restart the game to create a fresh cloud save if needed.
2. go to the shop that let you trade in 5 collectibles for a random item.
3. trade in all your collectibles and watch out for items with the name "Skullcrusher, Godslayer, Keeper's Call, Keeper's Crossbow and any legendary rune" - they have an orange colour and need to be equiped to pop the achievement.
4. if you didn't found anything useful or need another legendary, press the
button, hover over the game and press 
to select the manage game option and press 
on game files and again on your gamertag. Delete your local save (ONLY THE LOCAL ONE!) and the game should be automatically closed. Restart the game and your cloud save backup should load in. Now you have all collectibles recovered.
5. Repeat step 2 to 5 as long as needed.
Please double check that you delete the local save only, otherwise you will lose everything. If you don't wanna use this method, simply continue to play the game, beat the stages fast to open 2 treasure chest back, defeat enemys with a star for extra loot, open chest that you found during your dungeon run and trade in collectibles. Good luck!
