How to unlock the Complete overhaul achievement in RiMS Racing - Definitive Guide
If you have enough money (60-80k) for new parts,
it is best to dismantle the whole bike as far as possible, replace all parts and reassemble them.

I tried this with my main bike I was using and it didn't work, did it with the Ducati I hadn't used yet as it was all stock and it unlocked before I'd changed everything lol

There is a PS5 solution that suggests that this cannot be unlocked on your starter bike and there is another solution online that suggests this can only be unlocked with the Suzuki as that is the only bike with all 46 components
Below is my experience of unlocking it in both versions
In the XB1 version, I started with the BMW, attempted the achievement, it did not unlock
My next bike was the Yamaha, attempted the achievement and it unlocked
I had not completed the Engineering skill tree, so must have done some manual un-mount/mounting of parts (too long ago for me to remember exactly)
In the Series X/S version, I started with the Aprilla, attempted the achievement, it did not unlock
My next bike was the BMW, attempted the achievement again, it did not unlock
I had unlocked all of the Engineering skill tree and used the fast unmount / auto mount procedure, when it didn't pop I tried manually unmounting and mounting all parts, but it did not unlock
My next bike was the Ducati and this time I was able to unlock it (this proves it does not need to be the Suzuki bike)
Because I was uncertain if the fast unmount / auto mount had an impact on it unlocking, I took the time to manually unmount every item in a sequence that meant every item was removed on it's own if possible. (this approach may not be needed, but I wanted to try and repeat what I'd probably done on the XB1 version)
I then changed the item to the new part (selling the OEM spec item) but did not mount straight away, the oil's, livery and cables all change straight away without needing to re-mount.
Once all parts had been removed and changed, I then re-mounted using the same systematic approach of 1 item at a time where possible.
Initially it did not unlock, but I went back to workshop and noticed I had not fitted the Thumb brake, as soon as I mounted that it unlocked
When going for this you will be working towards:

Need a Ducati. I didn’t even change all the details on it (there were a couple of tabs left) when the trophy fell out. But on Aprilia, Kawasaki and Suzuki it did not fall out, although I changed everything there several times in a circle.
