This achievement can be combined with:
Discounted items are recognisable as they have an orange price and a % ticket indicator
If trying for this early game when funds are lower, you can buy the items until the achievement pops, then sell them back straight away. If you have the Efficient Recycling or Enhanced Efficient Recycling perk from the Management Area Skill Tree, you can even make some profit overall
To buy Rider items go to the Lodging, then Rider Customization, then Change Rider Equipment, select the item category desired, then
