This one requires the Bahrain DLC to get the night race one, I had to watch an Italian YouTube video with subtitles on to realise lol Considering the description says "in the base game". The trophy popped after a 1 lap race in quick race as all other weather conditions are covered in the career. Edit: looks like night time has been added to the base game, in some online challenges at least.
