Although there is an Engineering Area Skill Tree perk that provides a fast un-mount/mount benefit which is very useful, I did not know if using that perk would stop this achievement from unlocking
In both this and the XB1 version, I did this achievement manually, which can take some time
I had replaced a lot of components as I was testing if the following achievement would unlock with the starter bike in the XB versions, but it didn't

The Engineering perks are useful to have quite early on as you will need to replace parts fairly frequently across the career and doing so manually can become tiresome
After replacing all bike parts and wanting to get this out the way, I replaced the Grips repeatedly until it unlocked, these are a quick 2 step process and counted OK for me in both versions
