This achievement can be unlocked with any combination of the Management, Research or Engineering Area Objectives
Some of the objectives, like setting a certain time on a track can be awkward, so spending money and using X to change to something easier to achieve is beneficial if you want to unlock this early/easily
The Engineering Area Objectives of "completing ? event in a row without changing parts" are probably the easiest to complete early game but there are also objectives for simply having enough money saved and they can be completed instantly
