I completed this on career event 20 in this version, but it should be possible on any event where you are using your career bike

Across previous races I fully used a set of tyres and brake pads (front and rear) getting them down to 0%, then unmounted them but kept them in the inventory to use for this achievement

Having the components at 0% when crossing the line is important to unlock this achievement, even though they will have the critical condition flag, when I attempted this in an earlier event, my rear tyre still had 3% life at the end of the event and the achievement did not unlock (front tyre and both pads were 0%)

Event 20 was a cup race at Nurburgring on a dry track, this track has tighter turns which makes the chance of falling much higher on used tyres, it will be easier on a more forgiving track (on the XB1 version I unlocked this during event 23 on Paul Ricard and it was easier)
I decided to try for it on this event as I was not concerned about finishing position

Before the event I equipped the 0% tyres and pads manually as working towards:
RiMS RacingThe MechanicThe The Mechanic achievement in RiMS Racing worth 49 pointsMount or unmount 150 components on your motorbike(s).

I skipped straight the race and started 10th

Make sure to allow extra distance to slow down and be gentle on turning and acceleration to avoid falls (on this track I fell a lot as my discs and suspension were also very worn)

In this version I finished last even though I was playing on easy and it popped as expected (on the XB1 version I finished 1st and it unlocked)

There is a solution for the PS5 version, it suggests trying a few races to get it to pop, but I never had that issue, but I think is because the both tyres and pads need to be at 0% at the end of the race for it to trigger
