You can get all the bike specific achievements right at the start of the career mode. When you choose your first bike the achievement for that bike will pop. Immediately dashboard and quit the game. Start the game, go to career, and you will be back at the part where you choose your bike. Just cycle through all the manufacturers.

This is by far the fastest and best way to get it.
However , if you already play the game and are past this point it might be good to know that you can get the other bikes by winning the tournaments in your season. You choose the bike you want to use in that tournament and at the end you will get that bike as a reward
