How to unlock the Spring clean achievement in RiMS Racing - Definitive Guide

This can be done with a combination of OEM parts when replacing those when attempting to unlock:
The Complete overhaul achievement in RiMS Racing worth 96 pointsChange every component of a motorbike at least once.
And/or it can be done with duplicates of the same item that may be on discount if you have that perk unlocked, as you can work towards:
Discounted items are recognisable as they have an orange price and a % ticket indicator
If trying for this early game when funds are lower, you can buy the items until the above achievement pops, then sell them back straight away until this one pops.
If you have the Efficient Recycling or Enhanced Efficient Recycling perk from the Management Area Skill Tree, you can even make some profit overall
The Grips are one of the cheapest item's (Fluid is cheaper but not sure if this counts)
I went of a combo of replacing parts for the Complete Overhaul achievement and a lot of Grips and it popped without issue, but you can also unlock this slowly over the career as it's a good habit to sell back the used items when replacing them
