One of the worst doors to pick in this game is "Dark for days", a door that will make you skip two rooms, and with them every possible tool, stat boost or soul gain.
To unlock this achievement you have to complete a run picking this door, which spawns very little often.
It's not a particularly difficult challenge, but I reccomend you to take every possible door that can make you earn souls, to compensate for the rooms you will skip.

The hard part for me was just finding the room. I've had it spawn as early as round 7 and I'm not sure how high of round it can spawn on but I've had it spawn as late as round 11. While going for this I just ran with tiara and kept resetting until I found the mist vessel. Then I'd just play until round 11 and reset if I didn't find the dark for days room. Also, did the dark ending.
