The method I used for Stalker achievement:

Note* at the time of writing this guide, you CAN use scrolls, spells and items from other sets as long as you replace/use them prior to entering floor 16. There seems to be a bug with some people using this method so to be safe you can avoid it. On the run I gained the achievement for the first time I only used a few single use scrolls prior to entering floor 16 and it unlocked for me. It is also worth noting you can combo this achievement with “not touching you”

Prioritize the following, in this order:

1. Start with candle which allows you to select only the stalker item set.
2. For stat upgrades, only choose Health (aim for >20), Defense and clarity (aim for >5). You will not need any speed or attack for this run.

First, focus solely on acquiring the grey secondary hand item misting vessel which will allow you to obtain 100% stealth rate.

Next you will prioritize obtaining the blue rarity staff which applies 2 poison on pass. Once you obtain these two items you have the main bones of this build.

Next you will need to acquire a blue rarity set of paints which allows you to pass blockers, a purple rarity spell “Plague”, a purple rarity mask which allows you to pass extra poison on enemy kill, and purple boots which allow stalker items to not count as equipped items, allowing you to keep stealth at 100%. Once you have the boots fell free to equipt any other stalker items in the remaining slots as you so choose/need to get to the boss. Using this method you must be careful about your moves as you do not want to accidentally kill yourself with an exploding enemy. Once you are at the dark ending boss, when you have the owl in his rotation where he is moving towards you every move, you want to stack poison on an enemy by moving back and forth and right before the owl reaches you, cast plague to maximize stats on the enemy before he dies and transfers to the boss. When timed correctly, you can put upwards of over 100 stacks on the owl at once before he moves back to the center. After a few rounds of this, you will have him defeated without ever touching him.

So not a direct guide but will perhaps save someone a run that’s going well. This also applies to scrolls, you cannot use them if they don’t align to the set. I stupidly threw a run but using a legendary scroll at the end whilst going for the brute set achievement.
