Video worked like a charm. For a quick description TheMaize you select the event Factory Shift and at the second jump go over very slowly, took me a few tries because I was going too fast. When done right you will break right through the bridge in front of the jump.

Factory Shift is the last Event in the first Cup, Beginner's Luck. There are a number of bridges that cross just over the track. Destroying one will unlock the trophy.

I have recorded a video detailing the method below. Note that I actually bounced off a wave at the top of the long climb, and got the trophy early, but it should be reproducible to get it by going mid speed off the second jump.

Select the Factory Shift event found in the first Cup of the Career. During the event there are a number of bridges that are possible to hit by the player. The video below (bridge at 0:50) shows the player hitting the first bridge via a ramp, at a slightly slower speed.
