Rise of Nightmares

You have to get 50 kills with a fist weapon meaning your unarmed hands, brass knuckles or the creature glove. What I did was I started chapter three at the beginning, used my unarmed fists till I came to the door that shocks you dead if you open it. If you go around the corner to the right of the door, behind the breakable box is a switch that turns the power off to the kill door. Inside this room is the creature gloves. I like the creature gloves the best 1-2 punches to the face and the bad guys dead so I can move quick. Now just continue on and turn the power on. After you have turned the power on fight your way out of the room and down the underground hallway with the spikes and into the room with the explosive boxes. Once all the bad guys are dead in the "boom-boom room" just punch the boxes and blow yourself up. You will revive just after entering the underground tunnel but you can still climb the ladder to fight the monster in the room above, you will still have the creature gloves. You can work on your Dismantler & Creature Crusher achievement here as well since there are spikes and a chain saw in the area.
