Earn by performing successfull quick reflex moves like 'Sidestep left' or 'Step Back' or 'Duck'. This will unlock naturally as you play through the game and happend to me during Chapter 5.

When fighting bosses, you may be prompted to perform a gesture in order to dodge an attack. Perform 50 of these successfully to unlock this achievement. All bosses have attacks that must be dodged with a gesture, so this should unlock by the end of your first playthrough.
