How to unlock the Nightmare Defeater achievement in Rise of Nightmares - Definitive Guide

"No Mercy" is the normal difficulty. To select this setting, choose New Game at the Main Menu. Enemies do a fair amount of damage, but still take quite a few hits to kill you.

Complete all acts on this difficulty to earn this achievement. It will unlock after the cut-scene that is Act 9, which takes place after the credits, so do not turn off the game until you watch it.

This is for the achievement "Nightmare Defeater", you unlock this by beating the game on "No Mercy" difficulty. Difficulty levels do NOT stack unfortunately, so you have to beat the game 3 seperate times for all the difficulty achievements.

has anyone tried loading up the last part and changing the difficulty??
