You will earn this during Chapter 0 at the start of the game, when you kill your first enemy. I believe I did a right-left-right-kick combo. The monster clearly wasnt prepared for someone with my skill and training.

In Act 0, once you make it out of your prison cell, kill any of the enemies you encounter in the circular passage outside. The kill can be done with or without a weapon. Once the first one is dead, the achievement will unlock.
