All of the Deed’s needed for this Achievement are on IOLCUS. This is the place that you start in.
I will list the deed’s that you will need below, with a brief description on what you need to do to get them.
[SPOILERS]
Honored Thano.
Speak to Photios in the Throne room which then tells you to talk to Agathe who is down on the beach in front of the dock’s.
Honored Elpis.
Speak to Elpis who is in the courtyard underneath Antiphon‘s location, which then tells you to speak to Kallista who is located in the village outside the palace. She is stood in one of the house’s in the village.
Benevolent Monarch.
Visit the guard’s memorial which is located on the balcony area in the courtyard and complete the Honored Elpis, Honored Thano, Honored Timeaus Deed’s.
Dutiful Commander.
When following the main story, you enter the Throne room the second time. Captain Idas will ask you about Promoting a new captain of the guard. Just let his choose.
Just Ruler.
After appointing a new captain of the guard, face the Throne, Press A to sit down and hear ALL the petition’s from your subject’s.
Reflective.
As you walk about Iolcus you will get flashbacks of your time with Alceme. There are 5 in all, 3 are in the Palace, 1 is located by the house Pandora is standing outside of, 1 is down the far end of the beach by Mnason’s house.
Instructive.
Soon after laying Alceme in the shrine, you head into the Throne room, to the right of the Throne room is the Training room. Talk to Evarias and choose to spar. Complete ALL sparring options!
Student of Divinity.
You need to ask certain people about the four God’s.
Speak to Platon in the Training room about Ares. Choose all the option’s.
Speak to Antiphon about Hermes. He is located on the balcony in the main courtyard, the one with the shallow pool’s. Choose all the option’s.
Speak to Pandora about Apollo. She is outside the Palace by the first house you get to. Choose all the option’s.
Speak to Nestus about Athena. He is located on the dock’s in front of the Argos. Choose all the option’s.
Honored Timeaus.
Speak to Pathras, he is a soldier located in the small courtyard with the statue of Alceme in it, which then tells you to talk to Mnason, who is down the far end of the beach by the dock’s.
Historian of Iolcus.
Scattered around each of the Cities you are in are plinth’s with the bust of the God Hermes. Find and activate the 8 Herms in Iolcus, just go up to them and activate them by pressing A. You will know the one’s you have activated as they will have a beam of light coming out of them!

The second floor balcony where the Black Tongue assassin sniped Alceme during the wedding ceremony. In the large room with the pool, look for some stairs that go up to the second floor. Jason can reach the balcony easily once upstairs. 3. In the hallway with the guardsmen's memorial, go to the very end of the hall (the end near the Throne Room's entrance). The dialogue here will be added to your current score. 4. Near the fence by Pandora's hut. Pandora is the sooth-sayer of Apollo who lives just south of the palace's gates. 5. The rocky cave near Mnason's house, on the beach. Mnason is the father of Pathras and Timaeus, two soldiers in the Iolcan guard. "

Is it possible to get this when you return to Iolcus? From what I've gathered, you will return to the island. I missed a few of these when I was there in the beginning and I'd hate to restart now. Great guide Dom, glad you posted it.
