To complete this constellation, you need to perform the following deeds/quests in Saria.
Here is a list of the deeds that need to be completed:
- Find and speak with all of the Nisyros in the village.
- Recover the body of Callas from Agrios.
- Inform Gelios about his son's death.
- Locate all of the spirits and give them last rites (consists of 5 deeds).
- Locate all of the Herms in Saria.

Not sure if this is a bug, but I found all of the Herms in Saria and I did not get the achievement. While I was on the island I checked and made sure I did it, but as soon as I left the island it said I hadn't found all of the herms. I found the herms in an odd order with the first herm you encounter being the last I activated so this may be the root of this. I will have to verify this on my next playthrough.
