i did this against achillies, just keep throwing spears at him, he doesnt die from it (on hero, anyway) but you will unlock the achievement after a while.

Hit 25 enemies with the thrown spear by using RT + B buttons. You'll get the ability when you meet Athena for the first time.

Simply hit enemies with your thrown spear ( + ) 25 times after you have been given Athena’s boon on Iolcus. Note that you do not need to kill 25 enemies for this achievement, simply hit them.
