For this achievement you have to destroy 30 shields (does not include dropped shields). In the training room on Iolcus use the mace, use the YY attack until you have destroyed the shields and the achievement pops.
The best shielded oppnents are Spearmen and Macemen
I would recommend destroying 60 for the two deeds Shatterer (30) and Sunderer (60). Fight the Spearmen when sparring as the game sometimes glitches when fighting the macemen.
GLITCH - (Sometimes a maceman will disappear from the arena leaving you unable to finish the round)

Destroy 30 shields. Best weapon to use is the mace.Even the guards that u spar with at the start of the game counts(Training room in Iolcus.Speak to Evarias).

When using your mace attack shield using enemies when they are not attacking in order to damage and then break their shields. If the enemy is in the act of attacking you will instead knock the shield out of their hands which will not count towards this achievement.
A good place to do this is in the training room on Iolcus at the beginning of the game.
