Right after the final boss fight, Nadia will be right in front of you. You will have to wait for all the unlocks to finish popping up, but you just need to walk up to her and press X on the prompt to unlock the achievement. There are still plenty of collectibles you need to gather after the boss, so you will run past her a few times.

I have unfortunately missed to go directly after the fight to her and not get success . You know what i can do?

Can confirm. I left the Vale to do others things, came back a long time later and was still able to get the achievement.

When you beat the Witch, you will get back in the first area of the Wicked Vale. Nadia will be here, you just have to talk with her with to get the trophy. You can go back to this area whenever you want, Nadia should always be here.
