If you try to get 100% in your 1st playtrough then after completeing the story after the credits it will say 98% then in main menu press continue watch the cutscene and the achievement will unlock when you gain control of Lara
•If you're missing just a few collectibles in an area you can simply scroll down and click on the area and type of item you need in the Table of Contents(Right side).
•Say you know that you are missing Document 20 in an area. You can then scroll down past the map and it will list the documents in the order that you should find them. Go down to 20 and there will be a picture, along with some text to help you locate the collectible.
•Included in the guide is also text/picture solutions to each of the Challenge Tombs.
Have fun raiding!
Almost uninstalled the game out of rage because I was in the exact spot the coin cache was supposed to be and nothing happened. Twice.
Probably not an issue if you watch a 6 hour 100% guide, but still vital info if you just wanna mop up imo.
If you're roaming around the Soviet Installation and have a few items missing but can't find them on the map, check inside of the Cistern Caverns (basecamp w/ the optional tomb in the center of the map). It didn't show up on my map, but luckily I found it right away. Hope this helps!
You will have to load your completed save to unlock one last sequence and make it to 100%
100% game completion requires you to complete all of the game's main story, find all of the primary collectibles (those listed against each region on the in-game map) and crypt treasures, beat all challenge tombs and complete all challenges and optional missions.

- Crypts - "The Chosen Few"
- Challenge tombs - "Tomb Raider"
- Optional missions - "Woman of the People"
- Challenges - "Compulsive"

To complete the game 100% you must beat the story, do all side missions, solve the challenge tombs, find all collectibles and complete all challenges. Here is a list of the available types of collectible:
- Relics
- Documents
- Survival Caches
- Coin Caches
- Strongboxes
- Murals
The following aren't collectibles but progression based tasks that you need for 100%:
- Challenges
- Optional Missions
- Challenge Tombs
- Crypts
The collectibles get marked on the map after you find the explorer satchel and archivist map for a region then translate the monoliths. Collectibles are also highlighted when you use survival instinct near them (press ). Some collectibles are in underground areas and may not display correctly on the map so pay extra attention on challenge tombs, crypts and caves. If you are missing something and it doesn't show up on the map it is likely in one of those 3 places (or you are missing the map/satchel/monolith). You can view the world map at any time and scroll over a region to see how many collectibles can be found there. You can fast travel back to all places that have completion based items (even to the Syrian tomb). You can also check for available challenges by pressing on the world map and scrolling down to the challenges tab. The "Intuitive" skill is highly recommended because it highlights collectibles through walls. Challenges are the only things that aren't marked on the map.

If you have trouble with any of the challenge tombs, then see Rise of the Tomb Raider Challenge Tomb Walkthrough
For everything other than challenges, you really just need the archivist maps and explorer satchels and you're good to go so here are Guides for their locations: Archivist Maps, Explorer Satchels.
