Rise of the Tomb Raider

-Select the Deep Freeze card, and any other cards to force Lara temperature a lot drop faster.

-Don't forget to ACTIVATE the Challenge "One way to do it."

When Lara is freezing she'll drops on her knees and start taking damage, all you got to do is:
-Shoot a fire arrow, trown a lantern/molotov below you OR near you so her temperature will rise to normal (Green).
And the Achievement is yours.

You'll most likely die while if you stand in the fire itself, but you'll still get the Achievement.

Im personally sorry that I took this long to update this solution, because at the time i wrote this, the Achievement was glitched. Using the Deep Freeze card was the ''Only way to do it'' When Baba Yaga Dlc was realeased this issue was fixed. Thanks for you all for understanding =) Happy gaming everyone!

After the patch that accompanied the launch of Baba Yaga DLC (as of 01/26), the Deep Freeze card is no longer required for this achievement. So, if you, like me and a few others, didn't get said card for an unknown reason, don't worry, now it unlocks as it should.

So, now, the process is as follows.

· I believe that difficulty affects freezing speed, so choose the highest.
· Turn on the challenge "One way to do it".
· There's no need of any card. Although, you can activate Cold Arms to speed up the process.
· As soon as endurance mode starts, open the chest in the back of the vehicle so you obtain crafting materials for fire arrows. Craft them.
· Time to wait. You can look for a zone with water and jump in it to speed up things. Or, if you have Cold Arms active, hold to freeze a little faster.
· When Lara drops on her knees and starts losing health, shoot a fire arrow on the ground and step on the fire.
· Enjoy this dodgy achievement.

Hello people!, after several attempts and failures found the solution, I used the following cards: COLD DEEP, GIRL LOST, PETS SLAYER, KAIN and DISRUPTIVE
-COLD DEEP: the heat is lost at a lower speed but can not be recovered (but while you use bandages you no will freeze and no dye)
-LOST GIRL: in night recovery life and reduces hunger by bodyli finishing in enemies.
-PETS SLAYER: small animals give twice as much food.
-KAIN: bodyli finishing in enemies give much food.
-DISRUPTIVE: grants all skills and codex

Was that i didt, how is described in achievement has nothing to do with what is the achievement, fuck CRITERIA, CRYSTAL DYNAMICS, EIDOS, WORD MANAGER and company

Just follow these steps :

- Select "One way to do it" on the challenge screen.
- Equip the deep freeze card (you can set up a game using that one card only).
- Wait the third day evening when Lara begin to loose health (don't forget to eat).
- Shoot a fire arrow into the ground.
- Step into the fire.
- Achievement unlocked.

1. Select "One way to do it" challenge card in the challenge selection screen before you start your run.
2. Find a bottle. There's a bottle that spawns next to a crate with lantern on it, these spawn outside the crypts that have “crates + burning barrel combo” outside their entrance, to the left side of the crypt entrance when looking out of the crypt to the outside.
3. Take the bottle and wait until you reach 0 on the warmth meter (important), while staying away from any heat source (important). When you'll reach 0, Lara will collapse on her knees and the freezing effects will start showing up on your screen.
4. Create a molotov cocktail. Throw it to the ground in front of you. Step on the fire until the warmth meter reaches green level.
5. Congrats! You've unlocked the achievement.
