You'll encounter this game during Scene 12 on NPC Island. After progressing past various enemies and gates, speak to the first NPC you meet. Agree to play the clay pigeon shooting minigame.
In this minigame, you must shoot a total of 14 clay pigeons. Missing a shot costs you 10 points. You don't actually have to be perfect to get the Achievement. It seems that scoring over 400 Points is the only requirement to win, so a few missed shots won't spoil your attempt.
This is an easy Achievement - just keep practicing until you get it. I unlocked it after three or four tries.

I only hit 11 of the targets with a score of 530 and got the achievement.
