Sometimes, when an enemy is the last one on screen, they'll go into a begging animation with a little clasped hands icon above them. If you grab an enemy while they're doing this, and then press either or , they'll join you as an ally. Once you've done this, you can then approach them in a hideout, where you'll be able to assign them. Just choose one and assign them to either trigger, it doesn't matter if you just assign one you already have with you, and achievement unlocked!
